Pneumatic Tripe Waste Pump

It is the system that allows the tripe feces to be thrown out of the slaughterhouse with air pressure.
The inside of the tripe is discharged on the tripe pan. The internal dirt is sent to the tripe tank.
When the tank is full, the pneumatic butterfly valve on it is closed and 6 atu into the tank. By giving compressed air, the watery waste dirt in the tank is sent to the desired distance with the help of piping.
Tank 200-250 lt. It will be made of 3 mm thick stainless steel with a capacity.
There will be filling throat, pneumatic butterfly valve, discharge throat and air inlets on the tank.
